After earning an MSW from Portland State University, she has dedicated over 20 years to advocating for girls and women at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels. UHP brings together her passion and experience to ensure that girls, including her own daughter, feel supported as humans and athletes, empowering them to confidently claim their dreams.
Katie recently graduated from SOU with a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and minors in psychology and communication. As a lifelong athlete who completed four years of collegiate softball, she understands the unique challenges girls face and is passionate about empowering the next generation of female athletes.
Laurie graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and grew up immersed in athletics as a soccer player and competitive gymnast through high school. Today, she owns and operates a general contracting business and is a proud mom to two active, sports-loving kids who keep her busy on and off the
Laurie graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and grew up immersed in athletics as a soccer player and competitive gymnast through high school. Today, she owns and operates a general contracting business and is a proud mom to two active, sports-loving kids who keep her busy on and off the sidelines. She is thrilled to serve on the board of UHP Mentoring, where she can support and empower young female athletes to discover their potential , pursue their passions, and grow into confident, well-rounded individuals. She's especially excited to help bring female-specific knowledge and support to these girls—ensuring they’re understood, celebrated, and guided as strong young women rather than treated as “smaller versions” of boys.

Lindsey is a lifelong athlete and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of female athletes to find confidence and resiliency through positive sports experiences. She specializes in Freelance Digital Marketing and is a Registered Yoga Teacher. She participated in Varsity Skiing and Track in high school and went on to ski in college as well. Today she still enjoys running and skiing, lifting weights and teaching Yoga for Athletes to complement their training with mobility, flexibility, balance and mental calm. She loves to watch her two high school kids play soccer, ski, run and golf and enjoys reading, drinking coffee, walking her two dogs and doing all things outdoors.
